This 4-week series, “Doorways to Presence,” offers a pathway to seeing the self as we truly are, as empowered living beings through mindfulness practices. How do we transform our inner states of awareness to embody who are as we move about the world? In a time of 10,000 joys and 10, 000 sorrows, where might we find the qualities of loving kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity and forgiveness?
