Service Description

Power yoga emphasizes strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of dynamic, flowing postures. Power yoga is designed to build muscle and increase stamina. Unlike some forms of yoga that focus on holding poses, power yoga involves continuous movement, with one pose flowing into the next. Students are encouraged to rest as needed throughout the practice. This class emphasizes synchronizing breath with movement and incorporating ujjayi breathing. 60 minutes.
