Service Description

Join us for a blending of postures, breathwork and meditation. The first half of the class is sequenced to systematically release tension from the body and mind. and to stimulate the active flow of vital energy. During the second half of class, we will explore different meditation techniques to experience the bliss of pure awareness. Whether you're new to meditation or have been doing it for years, this class is for those who want to establish a successful, engaging and fulfilling meditation practice. Each session will focus on a specific meditation technique or approach. - Learn foundational techniques and various styles of meditation - Meditate with others and go deeper as you benefit from the group experience - Ask questions and share your experiences There will be guided and unguided components during our time together, with an opportunity to deepen your practice through a longer meditation time than done in our regular yoga classes.
